Our story
Siliguri Security Services Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Matigara, Siliguri, with twenty guards and a single idea: deliver corporate-grade security with the discipline and personal accountability of a family business. Today, 17 years on, we operate 450+ trained personnel across 50+ client sites in North Bengal, the Darjeeling Hills, the Dooars, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, and Sikkim — and we deploy on contract across India.
The discipline that defined us from year one is the discipline that defines us today: every guard is fully trained, statutory-compliant from day one, and supervised by a real human being who can be reached on a phone number, not a ticket queue.

Our timeline
- 2008 — Founded in Matigara, Siliguri with 20 guards.
- 2010 — First Dooars resort contract; expansion into hospitality.
- 2011 — Darjeeling Hills coverage begins with tea-estate and heritage-hotel clients.
- 2013 — Kalimpong operations launched.
- 2014 — Cross-border expansion into Sikkim (Gangtok).
- 2015 — Agency licence renewal; armed-guard wing established.
- 2018 — Female-guard division formalised for hospitals, retail and schools.
- 2020 — Pandemic-era contracts secured for hospital, ATM and warehouse clients without service interruption.
- 2023 — ISO 9001:2015 certification; crossed 400 personnel.
- 2024–2026 — National enterprise deployments; expansion of facility management division.
