How much does a security guard cost?

Standard guards ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month all-inclusive. Premium ₹15,000–₹18,000. Female guards ₹12,000–₹15,000. Armed guards ₹25,000–₹35,000. Black commando / special teams ₹40,000–₹60,000. All rates include statutory contributions (EPF, ESI, bonus, gratuity provisioning), ID card, basic equipment, supervisor visits and replacement guarantee. Uniform, weapons, vehicles, dogs and specialised equipment are billed separately.

How quickly can you deploy guards at a new site?

Within Siliguri municipality we typically deploy within 24 hours of contract signing. For other locations in our coverage area, 48–72 hours is standard. Emergency deployments can be arranged in as little as 4 hours for existing clients.

What licences and registrations do you hold?

We are a licensed and fully registered agency, GST and UDYAM registered, and compliant with EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour License requirements. ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management.

Are your guards trained?

Every guard completes regulated 21-day foundational training plus our internal induction covering uniform discipline, post protocol, emergency response, customer interaction, fire safety basics and incident reporting. Armed guards undergo additional weapons handling and qualification.

What is included in the monthly rate?

The published rate covers the guard's wages, statutory contributions (EPF, ESI, bonus, gratuity provisioning), ID card, basic equipment, supervisor visits, replacement guarantees and our service margin. Uniform, weapons, vehicles, dogs and specialised equipment are billed separately where applicable.

Do you provide female security guards?

Yes. We maintain a female guard pool trained for hospitals, retail, schools, hostels and women's facilities. Female frisking guards are available on a roster basis for short-duration deployments.

Can I get a free site visit and assessment?

Yes. Use the 'Free Site Visit' button on any page to schedule a no-obligation visit. Our supervisor will assess the site and propose a deployment plan and pricing typically within 24 hours of the visit.

Do you cover hatcheries, tea estates and rural sites?

Yes. We have dedicated deployments at poultry, fish and prawn hatcheries across West Bengal (South 24 Parganas, Hooghly poultry belt) and Odisha (Chilika and Kendrapara aquaculture belts), tea estates across Darjeeling, Dooars and Jalpaiguri belts, and rural / forested sites in Dooars and the Hills. Each rural deployment includes wildlife-aware briefing, biosecurity protocols where relevant, and a backup escalation that does not depend on long-distance drive from Siliguri.

Do you provide housekeeping and facility management as well, or only security?

Both, equally. Housekeeping and facility management is a fully-staffed second service line — not an add-on. We operate office, hotel, hospital, mall, society and industrial housekeeping; pantry and tea-coffee staff; drivers (LMV/HMV/luxury); receptionists; electricians; AC liaison; plumbers; and gardeners. Bio-medical waste protocol-trained teams for hospitals. Periodic and one-time deep-clean contracts available.

Why hire one agency for security AND housekeeping instead of two specialists?

Three reasons clients pick single-vendor contracts: (1) roughly 8–12% lower total cost because supervisor and admin overhead is shared between the two service lines; (2) one supervisor, one escalation path, one monthly invoice — your facility manager spends less time on vendor coordination; (3) staff can be cross-deployed in emergencies (a guard can step into reception, a housekeeping supervisor can backstop a sick guard) under the same MSA and licensed entity.

What does housekeeping pricing look like?

Housekeeping attendants start from ₹10,000/month for routine office cleaning, rising to ₹15,000/month for hotel public-area or hospital sanitation. Specialist manpower (drivers, electricians, receptionists, AC technicians) is priced by role and shift. Periodic / one-time deep-clean contracts are quoted by sqft and scope. Pricing is all-inclusive of statutory contributions; supplies and equipment are billed at cost or built into the rate per contract.

What's the contract length and exit terms?

Standard contracts are annual with quarterly review checkpoints. Either side can terminate with 30 days written notice. Multi-year contracts are available with discount tiers. We never lock clients in — if we are not performing, you should be free to leave.
