First case studies are being prepared with three of our long-standing clients. Each requires written permission and a sign-off on what we can publish. The first two studies — a Dooars hotel and a tea-estate deployment — are expected to be published in the next 60 days.

Sample case-study structure
Every case study follows the same honest structure:
- Client (with permission) or anonymised description ("a 60-room Dooars resort").
- Challenge — the specific operational problem at signing.
- Approach — guard count, tier mix, supervisor model, equipment, special protocols.
- Outcome — measurable change in incidents, theft, response time, or client-reported satisfaction.
- What went wrong — every deployment has friction. We document what broke and how we fixed it.
- What we'd do differently — for ourselves and for similar clients.
