Statutory contributions, itemised
Every guard on every client site is on our payroll with all statutory contributions paid monthly:
- EPF — employer share (13%) on basic wage, deposited monthly.
- ESI — employer share (3.25%) on gross wage where applicable.
- Professional Tax — deducted and remitted per West Bengal slabs.
- Statutory bonus — provisioned monthly, paid annually (typically Durga Puja).
- Gratuity — provisioned monthly per actuarial assessment.
- Earned & sick leave — accrued per Shops & Establishments Act.

- Regulated 21-day foundational training for all guards (we exceed the regulatory minimum)
- Annual refresher training including fire-safety, first-aid, customer interaction
- Armed guards: separate licensing and quarterly weapons-handling drills
- Pre-employment police verification for every guard, no exceptions
- Background check, character verification and previous-employer reference
Insurance and indemnity
Public liability and workmen's compensation policies are in force for all deployments. Certificates are shared with enterprise clients on contract signing.
